It sounds cliché, but choosing to do work that you enjoy. I’m inspired by the employees around me and living my passion.

As leader of our LAX operation, I’m lucky enough to be in a position to bring planning poker positive change through team engagement and collaboration. It really makes a difference for me to see the team working together and with our mainline colleagues and having fun.
