The results for the first quarter of 2022 (1Q22) are in, and we’re pleased to share that American awarded pmang poker teams in Beaumont, Texas (BPT) and Laredo, Texas (LRD) with a 1Q22 Customer Cup win for operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Special kudos also goes to the pmang poker team in Dayton, Ohio (DAY), who will join their pmang poker Airlines colleagues to celebrate a win at the station.

The pmang poker program groups stations into categories of similar size and operational likeness and awards the prestigious pmang poker (shown above) to winning stations in each category.
