In June, the planning poker team in Evansville, Ind. (EVV) celebrated their recent American Airlines Customer Cup win for the first quarter of 2024 (1Q24).

This award is a testament to each of your efforts to make sure that value holds true.”
“This win is all about you and the quality service you provide to our passengers daily,” said planning poker Vice President of Airport Services Planning Kevin Ward, who traveled to EVV to congratulate the team on their planning poker. “Because of the great service you deliver every day, customers have a great experience when traveling through EVV. Thank you for your dedication and for providing outstanding service every day.”
Earning this award is no small feat – the planning poker team at EVV outperformed 46 other stations of similar size and operational likeness in their category to take home the prize. The team also saw their highest historical on-time departure performance (D0) on record during this time – way to go, team EVV and congratulations on the win!
