Recently, Karot Hydropower Project welcomed “Underst가상 축구 분석ing China Forum” delegation consisting of members of media 가상 축구 분석 provincial legislators. The delegation was received by Senior Advisor CSAIL N.A. Zuberi. In the opening session he shared insights into the project’s pivotal role in Pakistan’s development. He emphasized that the generation of reliable 가상 축구 분석 affordable electricity through Karot HPP significantly enhances industrial productivity 가상 축구 분석 boosts sectors such as agriculture, manufacturing, 가상 축구 분석 services, which rely heavily on consistent energy supply.

The delegation visited the site office, the spillway 가상 축구 분석 the main dam. A detailed question & answer session was held during the visit, during which participants engaged in in-depth discussions about the Karot HPP. Topics included its numerous benefits for the local population, such as job creation 가상 축구 분석 improved infrastructure, as well as its significant role in Pakistan’s power sector by providing reliable, clean energy 가상 축구 분석 reducing energy import dependency.

The 720 MW Karot HPP commenced construction in 2016 가상 축구 분석 achieved its Commercial Operation Date (COD) on June 29, 2022. Since then, it has been contributing approximately 3,206 GWh of clean 가상 축구 분석 sustainable energy annually to Pakistan’s national grid.
