After winning their first Customer Cup in\u00a02Q18<\/a>, the Envoy team in Aspen (ASE) were bowled over with excitement at hearing that they\u2019d done it again in 3Q18. So how did they celebrate? With a trip to a local bowling alley!<\/p>\n

\"IMG_ASE_3Q18_Customer_Cup-4\"<\/a>Amid the evening of fun and festivities, Lead Agent\u00a0David Foster<\/strong>\u00a0shared some insight into the station. \u201cAspen can be a challenging station. Of course there\u2019s the weather and we also have many elite status passengers. As a matter of fact on one flight we had 16 Concierge Key members! But adversity makes us stronger. We have a really good core group of people that have been here a while and we make sure to treat all passengers as premium customers.\u201d<\/p>\n

Station Agent\u00a0Beth Waldrop\u00a0<\/strong>agreed, adding \u201cWe have an exceptional team. Everyone does what it takes to make the situation work. We have a great culture and handle our high end customers who, of course, have high expectations.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cCustomers appreciate how well you take care of them,\u201d said LAX Vice President,\u00a0Deesha Desai<\/strong>\u00a0during the station\u2019s celebration. \u201cYou\u2019re a team that really gets along, and it shows.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s a team effort \u2013 down to the communication between ticket counter and ramp \u2013 everyone is willing to help each other,\u201d added Station Agent\u00a0Natalia Mills<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Station Agent\u00a0Carolyn Rowlett<\/strong>\u00a0is relatively new to the team. \u201cThe team genuinely cares. They check on me and lift me up,\u201d she said. \u201cWe have really good managers and everyone is very dedicated.\u201d<\/p>\n
