In fact, the station is so good at saving customers that they now have the most\u00a0Real American Hero\u00a0winners out of any non-hub station in American\u2019s system.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\nThe eighth honoree of this prize at XNA is none other than Lead Agent\u00a0<strong>Tara Russo<\/strong>. When a customer experienced a medical issue in the ticket counter area, Tara was able to rush over to provide first aid and save the day until medical professionals arrived.
