While helping the customer to the ground and administering first aid, Ron called local paramedics, who arrived in less than a minute to administer care.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRon\u2019s situational awareness and quick, decisive actions saved a customer\u2019s life that day,\u201d said BPT General Manager,\u00a0<strong>Damarilis Lopez<\/strong>. \u201cEveryone at BPT really appreciates Ron\u2019s actions and we\u2019re proud to call him our Real American Hero.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ron received a $1,000 cash prize and a very special\u00a0Real American Hero\u00a0cape for his lifesaving actions.
