After meeting with the customer\u2019s sister, he discovered that the wheelchair customer was diabetic and most likely experiencing a low blood sugar event.<\/p>\n<p>Since the customer was becoming increasingly cold, dizzy and disoriented, George called for assistance from Station Agents\u00a0<strong>Lisa Cannon\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Mike Kangas<\/strong>, while the customer\u2019s sister took a blood sugar reading.
