{"id":12290,"date":"2019-10-01T12:02:00","date_gmt":"2019-10-01T17:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/?p=12290"},"modified":"2019-10-01T12:02:00","modified_gmt":"2019-10-01T17:02:00","slug":"saving-day-chicago-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/2019\/10\/01\/saving-day-chicago-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Saving the day in Chicago"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In a video viewed by millions, Envoy Ramp Instructor <strong>Jorge Manalang<\/strong> displayed quick thinking and a commitment to safety when a service vehicle spun out of control at Chicago O\u2019Hare International Airport (ORD).<\/p>\n<p>The catering vehicle was parked by the Embraer 140 aircraft loading beverages for the outbound flight, when a case of water slipped onto the gas pedal and sent the cart spinning wildly in reverse.
