The achievement earned him a spot on the magazine\u2019s cover, together with other distinguished leaders in North Texas.<\/p>\n<p>To select the honorees, the magazine\u2019s editors devote months of research and countless interviews with leaders from different industries. Each year, they repeat the process to confirm if candidates deserve a repeat inclusion.
