An Envoy flight crew volunteered their time and assisted the animals on their mock flight using a real-life Embraer 145 aircraft.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe puppies in training went through every activity that they\u2019d be expected to handle when it comes to air travel, including going through TSA checkpoints, boarding flights, obeying crewmember instructions, deplaning and more,\u201d explains ORD Managing Director, Customer Services,\u00a0<strong>Cesar Rodriguez<\/strong>. \u201cThis is the 12<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0year that we\u2019ve partnered with the team to train service animals.
