Candidates must apply during this time and specify the referring employee as part of their application in order for the referring employee to be eligible for a payout.<\/li>\n<li>This referral bonus is only available for Envoy employees.<\/li>\n<li>All referrals must be through an application made on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/careers\">envoyair.com\/careers<\/a>. No referrals after submitting a completed job application will be accepted.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must be external \u2013 transfers from other locations, including outstations, are not eligible.<\/li>\n<li>Both the employee who makes the referral and the referred new hire employee must be on Envoy payroll at the time of payout. Payout will be up to 60 days after the referred new hire employee completes his or her probationary period (typically six months).<\/li>\n<li>Envoy will gross up this bonus, so the employee who makes the referral will receive a full $1,000 after tax.<\/li>\n<li>Any manager involved in the direct hiring or job performance of a referral candidate is not eligible for this bonus.
