Last month, Diversity MBA Magazine named Envoy Air to their top “50 Out Front Best Places to Work”<\/a> in 2022. According to their website, “Diversity MBA’s ’50 Out Front’ showcases companies and organizations that make a strategic effort to implement intentional strategies for women and managers of diverse backgrounds to advance to leadership roles.”<\/p>\n

Envoy was also awarded in eight categories including Top Five in Leadership Representation, Diverse Slates, Supplier Diversity, and Diversity Training. Envoy made the Top Ten in Representation, Board Diversity, and Retention.<\/p>\n

“Our company’s diversity board, the Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee (CDIAC), works closely with our Recruitment and Training departments to ensure we’re hiring, training and working in the most diverse and inclusive ways possible,” said Nancy Rivera, Manager of Diversity, Culture & Talent Development. “It’s exciting to see recognition from outside of the company for achievements we live every day at Envoy. Making this list speaks to the work we’ve done to make Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion a business imperative.”<\/p>\n
