It wasn\u2019t until he began working as a cross-functional agent at Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN), when he realized how big his \u201cfascination with flight\u201d actually was.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere was a time when he would get distracted (by the aircraft),\u201d said Mike Salazar, Envoy BZN General Manager. \u201cNow, he makes sure he does everything first, then he\u2019ll go look at the planes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16726\" src=\"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/IMG_BZN_Ramp_Oct-19-19.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Clayton, who has a disability, brought in a job coach to help keep him on task and collaborate with his coworkers to ensure the safety of themselves and passengers.
