{"id":5027,"date":"2017-04-03T16:29:18","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T21:29:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/?p=5027"},"modified":"2017-04-03T16:29:18","modified_gmt":"2017-04-03T21:29:18","slug":"special-envoy-charter-partner-school-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/2017\/04\/03\/special-envoy-charter-partner-school-2\/","title":{"rendered":"A special Envoy charter for a partner school"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Auburn University aviation students love flying\u2014especially on a school day field trip to Textron Aviation headquarters in Wichita (ICT), where they were recently presented with a brand new Cessna Skyhawk aircraft as part of Cessna&#8217;s Top Hawk program.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5029 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cessna-07-400x283.jpg\" alt=\"20170322, New Cessna Aircraft, Airplane, Auburn Regional Airport, Aviation Management\" width=\"434\" height=\"307\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Every year, the Top Hawk program selects top university aviation schools to donate use of the\u00a0world\u2019s most popular trainer, the Cessna Skyhawk. Universities selected to participate receive a factory new, custom branded Cessna Skyhawk to use for the duration of the six month program to promote aviation at air shows, aviation contests, and recruiting events.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-5030 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/cessna-02-400x224.jpg\" alt=\"cessna 02\" width=\"444\" height=\"249\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seventeen students along with Auburn University Aviation Center personnel were treated to a special Envoy E140 charter for the occasion, flown by Captain Jessica Hines and Auburn Alumni, First Officer Bryan Kingston. The group traveled from\u00a0Auburn University Regional Airport to Kansas for the day, for this special event.
