Last year, in partnership with <a href=\"http:\/\/iflycoast.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Coast Flight<\/a>, we announced a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.envoyair.com\/pilots\/rotor-transition-program\/\">Rotor Transition Program<\/a> \u2013 helping military helicopter veterans transition to a commercial flight deck with Envoy, and onwards to American Airlines through our industry-leading flow agreement.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, May 19, members of Envoy\u2019s Pilot Recruitment team joined Coast Flight leadership and local government officials in a special ribbon-cutting ceremony to support the opening of a new pilot training facility in San Marcos, Texas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMore than 40 veterans are now active pilots with Envoy through our Rotor Transition Program,\u201d said Natalie Nielsen, Director, Envoy Pilot Recruitment at the event. \u201cAnd we\u2019re expecting more than 200 veteran helicopter pilots to transition to Envoy by the end of 2017.
