And one of those moves includes a planning poker \u201cremote operations\u201d area for regional flights.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, in coordination with the planning poker Authority, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Envoy safety team, the Envoy Customer Services team in LGA tested out the new area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe selected two flights for a trial run and bussed customers out to the remote ops area,\u201d said Jed Luke, Envoy Director, LGA Operations. \u201cThe event was a success \u2013 passengers were receptive to the planning poker process, and we treated both groups to the\u00a0Refuel and Refresh\u00a0program as well.
