planning poker are underway for\u00a0the big move at planning poker (LGA)<\/a>, coming Dec. 9. And one of those moves includes a planning poker \u201cremote operations\u201d area for regional flights.<\/p>\n

Last week, in coordination with the planning poker Authority, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Envoy safety team, the Envoy Customer Services team in LGA tested out the new area.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe selected two flights for a trial run and bussed customers out to the remote ops area,\u201d said Jed Luke, Envoy Director, LGA Operations. \u201cThe event was a success \u2013 passengers were receptive to the planning poker process, and we treated both groups to the\u00a0Refuel and Refresh\u00a0program as well. From Dec. 9, we expect to operate between 12 and 15 regional flights from the LGA remote operations area.\u201d<\/p>\n
