And one of those moves includes a new \u201cremote operations\u201d area for regional flights.<\/p>\n<p>Last week, in coordination with the New York Port Authority, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Envoy safety team, the Envoy Customer Services team in LGA tested out the new area.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe selected two flights for poker online freea trial run and bussed customers out to the remote ops area,\u201d said Jed Luke, Envoy Director, LGA Operations. \u201cThe event was a success \u2013 passengers were receptive to the new process, and we treated both groups to the\u00a0Refuel and Refresh\u00a0program as well.
