In the two years she has been with the company, she has been promoted twice, assuming increased responsibilities in each role.\u00a0 These are some of the reasons why she was recently selected by <em>Workforce<\/em> magazine as one of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.workforce.com\/2018\/06\/25\/2018-workforce-game-changer-danielle-griffin\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this year\u2019s top 25 Workforce \u201cGame Changers.\u201d<\/a>\u00a0 Danielle is Envoy\u2019s Manager \u2013 People Services Field Services.<\/p>\n<p>The magazine awards young, innovative individuals who are making a difference in the workforce management sector.<\/p>\n<p>Danielle is a conceptual thinker who is always looking forward in order to anticipate and plan for tomorrow\u2019s opportunities and challenges. As Envoy embarked on a major effort to transform its Human Resources organization, Danielle was selected to serve on the core transformation team, applying her previous experience as a Human Resources Generalist and Manager to develop new and innovative business processes.<\/p>\n<p>As a leader, Danielle is adept at identifying others\u2019 strengths and empowering them to achieve, realizing that there is value in tapping into the power of the team.
