Just two years later and the industry is now full of carriers offering their own RTP to military candidates.<\/p>\n<p>Last weekend at the <strong>Rotary to Airline Group (RTAG) Convention<\/strong> in Savannah (SAV), Envoy recruiters spoke with, interviewed, and made conditional job offers to, military pilots interested in transitioning to regional airline carriers.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis was the first event of its kind, and of course we went all out for it,\u201d said Capt. Scott Deavers, who attended the event. \u201cWe had more than seven recruiters on site to talk to candidates, and Envoy was the only carrier who brought an aircraft for attendees to tour. We also coordinated with our admins at Envoy Headquarters (EHQ) to conduct on-site interviews and process paperwork at the same time.
